Columbus, OH. - (March 23, 2026) – The Columbus Auto Dealers are proud to welcome the second annual Concert for a Cause® to KEMBA Live! Outdoor on Saturday, August 8, 2026. Presented by the Central Ohio Honda Dealers and in partnership with 92.3 WCOL & iHeartMedia, this unforgettable night of country music will feature multi-platinum singer-songwriters Chris Young and Chase Rice in an incredible evening under the Columbus sky. More than just a concert, it’s a night with purpose—supporting two impactful organizations, Canine Companions and Charity Newsies, and giving back to the community we call home.
“After the incredible response to last year’s inaugural event, we’re proud to bring Concert for a Cause® back for a second year and continue building what we hope becomes a lasting tradition for Columbus,” said Zach Doran, Executive Vice President of the Columbus Automobile Dealers Association. “Welcoming Chris Young and Chase Rice to the stage while supporting impactful organizations like Canine Companions and Charity Newsies makes this a truly special night. Giving back has always been at the heart of the Columbus Auto Dealers, and we’re honored to bring our community together again through music to support causes that make a real difference.”
Chris Young has spent nearly two decades in the country music spotlight, earning 14 No. 1 singles, more than 9 billion streams, and recognition as one of Billboard’s top country artists of the decade. A Grand Ole Opry member and award-winning performer, the Tennessee native has written and co-produced much of his work, collecting 54 RIAA certifications while blending traditional country roots with a modern edge. Now signed to Black River Entertainment, Young launches his next chapter with his tenth album, I Didn’t Come Here to Leave, a 14-song project showcasing his baritone vocals, timeless storytelling, and renewed creative vision.
Few artists have had the enduring impact on country music Chase Rice can claim – and fewer still possess the courage to leave it in the past, and blaze a new trail. A true singer-songwriter with success in both disciplines, he has spent more than 15 years shaping a unique path in country music, rising from a Diamond-certified songwriter for “Cruise” to a 10x Platinum artist with more than 3 billion streams and multiple No. 1 hits. After touring the world and sharing stadium stages with Garth Brooks and Kenny Chesney, the Florida-born, North Carolina-raised singer-songwriter stepped away from the major label system to fully embrace independence. His eighth album, ELDORA, reflects that new chapter—an unfiltered, Western-inspired project born from Colorado songwriting sessions and a renewed dedication to raw storytelling.
Tickets go on sale Friday, March 27, at 10 a.m. on AXS.com.
