We’ve seen before that it might take a few days—or even weeks—for a winner to be officially declared. But while we wait for all those final counts to come in, it’s worth recognizing everyone who got out there and cast their vote.
It is a right that not everyone in the world enjoys, and exercising it is something we can all be proud of, regardless of how long it takes for the outcome.
