Today’s news has the usual suspects: big promises, economic tension, “2030,” and the persistent belief that going through a brick wall is faster than going around it.

So where does that leave the front line? Where are dealers being asked to meet consumers today?

Where every consumer looks first: clarity.

There are too many options, too many payments, and too many competing messages for consumers to work hard to understand why your store is the right place to buy.

That means:

  • Creative has to be tight

  • The team has to be united

  • The process has to be enjoyable, not just easy

Consumers are still buying. If fewer of them are buying from your store, somebody else has made the benefits of working with them easier to understand.
