Rewind, Troublemakers, and Pizza on the Go
Itās Saturday, Friend!
That means we take a look back at the week, drop a special human-focused episode of The Automotive Troublemaker, and celebrate the people who keep retail automotive alive when and where their community needs itāeven on the weekend.
Tomorrow is Fatherās Day, and we want to honor all the good dads we know in this community.
We know some of you will spend the holiday with your fatherās memory, and to you, we simply want to say that YOU are more honor to him than we can offer.
Keep Pushing Back

Farewell Last Week
The Daily Pushback Email
Monday, we had some recalls, layoffs, and robotaxis. Then we took a look at FTCās non-compete ban.
Tuesday, we saw GM team up with Costco (made some hotdog jokes, obviously), the White House relaxed some emission rules, and then enjoyed some of West Herrās cozy coups!
Wednesday, we played bingo with cheap jeeps, the UAW, and Ferrariās confusing stance on clinging to ārealā engines while also focusing on making their electric motors sound like real engines. Then we packed up and went to a car parade.
Thursday, the EU shared it Chinese tariff plans, U.S. EV tax credits hit $1B, and we investigated the wonderful world of Name, Image, and Likeness agreements.
Friday, we looked at the battle brewing between Ford and Tesla for U.S. EV domination and then shared some dealer scholarships (a favorite topic of ours).

Pizza On The Go
Lexus GX Monogram / Carscoops
When you think of Lexus, you probably envision luxury, performance, and *checks notes* pizza?
Well, maybe not yet, but you will!
Lexus has teamed up with high-end appliance brand Monogram to craft a GX concept thatās a mouthwatering blend of opulence and culinary delight.
Debuting at Aspen's Food & Wine Classic, the Lexus GX Monogram is the ultimate ride for foodies on the go. Its sleek bronze-accented exterior and custom wheels scream sophistication, but the real magic happens inside.
The cabin boasts swanky black and camel leather seats separated by a full-length center console, perfect for pre-gaming. Plus, Monogramās $1,500 heated ice press ensures your drinks are served with only the finest crystal-clear spheres.
Forget standard tailgates. This beauty rocks barn doorsāthe left loaded with bartending essentials, and the right with a chefās arsenal, including a pizza peel. Other chic compartments hold wine, bourbon, glasses, and a bottle opener.
But the piĆØce de rĆ©sistance? A 30-inch Smart Flush Hearth Oven nestled between those barn doors, delivering you all the performance of a wood-fired oven from the convenience of your trunk.
Unfortunately, this concept car isnāt likely to hit the production line anytime soon, but it definitely gives us something to dream about. Cheers to that!
