🫶 Park Place Drives Season of Giving – Putting Heart into the Holidays
Park Place Dealerships have already started their Season of Giving for the fourth year in a row, with $100K in grants earmarked for local nonprofits in Dallas-Fort Worth. But heads up, the deadline was October 25th – meaning the countdown is already on for the big reveal. Mark your calendars: recipients will be announced the week of November 18.
This isn’t your typical check-writing affair. Park Place’s Season of Giving goes well beyond the financials. Their 1,400-strong team is all in, lending their hands, time, and creativity to make a lasting impact in the community. Since 2021, they’ve awarded $300,000 to 65 North Texas organizations committed to causes aligned with Park Place’s four pillars: Education, Medical Research, Children’s Advocacy, and the Arts.
From Park Place’s Managing Director
“Our members at Park Place are deeply involved, volunteering their time and talents year-round,” says Tony Carimi. “It’s incredible to witness the ripple effect of their dedication.”
Season of Giving Highlights
Grants Totaling $100,000 – supporting up to 18 nonprofits making strides in DFW.
Pillars of Giving – Education, Medical Research, Children’s Advocacy, and the Arts.
Employee Engagement – Beyond donations, Park Place employees volunteer with grantees, like last year’s support for Airborne Angel Cadets of Texas, where team members spent a day packing care packages for deployed troops.
What’s Next?
Nonprofits who applied by the deadline are now in the running to be part of this impact. Last year, Park Place selected 18 recipients out of 400 applications, with grants ranging from $2,500 to $10,000. If you’re curious about who will receive support this year, stay tuned for the announcement coming November 18.
From Park Place’s Marketing Manager
“We’re excited to meet this year’s Season of Giving recipients and explore new ways to support them,” says Kara Connor.
Why It Matters to US Retail Auto Dealers
This is what we call a More Than Cars Moment – proof that auto dealerships are about people first, steering communities toward positive change. It’s a model that shows the heart of the industry goes beyond the showroom and into the lives and well-being of people in the community.
