đ Serving Up Service
đ News of the Week, Must-Watch Podcasts, and Setting Records
Some phrases just stick. Not because theyâre clever, but because they feel true every time you say them. For us, âlove people more than carsâ has always been that kind of phrase. They arenât just words on a shirt, itâs who we try to be.
But love isnât passive. It moves. It acts.
So lately, weâve been spurring that action by asking a simple question: âHow can I serve you?â
Youâll find it showing up more and more in our conversations, our content, and our culture.
We want it to become as ubiquitous as "my pleasure" is to Chick-fil-a.
That question is shaping how we build, how we write, and how we lead. A small way we can serve this community that shows up for others every single day.
How can we serve you?,

Looking at Last Week
The Daily Pushback Email
Monday came in hot this week as inventory tightened, incentives cooled, and used EVs surged thanks to a leasing loophole. With tax credits ending September 30th though, moving them might get tricky. But, itâs not time to panic, itâs time to prep. âĄïž
Then on Tuesday, Teslaâs leadership came under fresh scrutiny as political distractions added to falling sales and slipping trust. Meanwhile, a new study reveals what most retail pros already know: even small fulfillment failures (like missing or substituted items) can chip away at customer trust and long-term loyalty. đĄ
Then on Wednesday, Porsche posted record sales and dropped a manual-only 911 Club Coupe, while Lucidâs EV logged 745 miles to break a world record. And with teen summer jobs at a 15-year low, dealerships may need to rethink how they attract the next generation. đ
On Thursday, Toyota stepped up with $600K in flood relief for Texas victims. Unfortunately, AI fraud stepped up too, successfully cloning U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubioâs voice in attempt to scam other government officials. Plus, one $7K glovebox fix reminded us: a clean Carfax report doesnât always mean clean history. đŠ
We blinked, and suddenly it was Friday. The EV tax credit countdowns have dealers like CMA and Bowman Chevy hustling to educate customers. Ramâs new 10-year warranty shakes up the truck game, and Hertz reminds us why tech without trust is risky business. Oh, and TSA is finally letting us keep our shoes on to get through security at the airport. Hallelujah! đ

Hit the replay for a real-world look at how fixed ops teams are cutting friction and keeping customers happy.
Auto Collabs
If you're spending time and money on vehicle photos that still fall flat, Sanjay Varnwal has some solutions.
In this Auto Collabs episode, he explains how Spyne uses AI to solve problems dealers often overlook like lighting inconsistencies, disappearing mirrors, poorly performing image order. He also breaks down how agentic AI can manage merchandising, pricing, and ads in sync with your teamâs strategy.
Watch the full episode to see how smarter merchandising can lead to faster deals and less manual work.
The Dealer Playbook
Arthur Madjarian has seen what makes a dealership deal work and what causes it to fall apart.
In this episode of the Dealer Playbook, he explains what buyers actually care about, why estate planning needs to happen early, and how culture and friendly money can keep deals running smooth.
SOMETHING FUN
Lexus Takes a Bold Swing
At first glance, this stunt feels like something straight out of Red Bullâs playbook. Two tennis pros, strapped to the roofs of two moving vehicles, volleying across the void like itâs just another day on the courts.
But it was actually Lexus behind the wheel, strapping Jamie Murray and Laura Robson to the tops of two NX SUVs and sending them rallying down a runway at nearly 30 mph.
Each SUV was outfitted with a custom aluminum platform and four-point harnesses, while professional stunt drivers kept things on course.
The duo pulled off 101 volleys, setting two Guinness World Records: one for the longest tennis rally on moving cars, the other for the fastest.
For a brand known more for refinement than risk, itâs a bold and unexpected move that dealers may want to take a cue from.
Staying fresh doesnât always require an elaborate stunt, but it does take the guts to try something different.
