ASOTU CON HIGHLIGHTS

What a Week!

While we have many, many more highlights from ASOTU CON to share, here are just a few snippets of the amazing people we got to connect with and learn from:

๐Ÿคฉ The always-captivating Dr. Nicole Lipkin kicked off our first night on the main stage with a fantastic keynote on building and retaining quality teams.

โ™ป๏ธ We heard from John Sacco and Darren Doane as they showcased a television series they produced to change the perception of the recycling industry.

๐ŸŽ™๏ธ Paul and Kyle hosted โ€œThe Automotive Troublemakerโ€ live from the mainstage.

โš”๏ธ Brooklyn Daly absolutely slayed at the Swag Shop making fresh shirts and merch (check out our online swag shop in case you missed out).

๐Ÿ›ž We started Wednesday morning with a live episode of "The ASOTU Wheelhouseโ€ hosted by our pal, Daniel Govaer.

๐ŸŒŸ Titans of the auto industry Mike Stanton, Liza Borches, Steve Greenfield, and Damon Lester join us to discuss โ€œThe Future State of the Union.โ€

  • What's Up? ๐Ÿ•ต๏ธ: A recent report by 404Media suggests that Serve Robotics, those guys behind the food delivery robots, may be sharing their robot camera footage with the LAPD.

  • Why It Matters? ๐Ÿš”: This collaboration surfaced when footage from one such robot led to the arrest of two suspects who tried swiping it! While both parties claim this was a one-off, other emails suggest they might've teamed up before.

  • Serve's Take ๐Ÿค–: They've emphasized that they generally delete footage but keep it if there are significant safety or security reasons.

Rumor has it that if you ask the robot, "Are you an undercover cop?" it has to tell you the truth.
