Jack Pearson was recently honored by Auto News as a 2024 40 Under 40 Honoree and joined JLR South Shore in 2020 to lead the team in new ways through personal development as well as new ways to serve the community with used car options.

He found a way to double his service technicians through intentionality in hiring those who seek long term development and mentorship.

JLR South Shore has doubled their monthly units through better used car sourcing, faster merchandising, and working remote sales deals in a refreshing format.

Jack credits his success to his team and how they continue to raise the bar for themselves every month.
